I haven’t thought about hanging clothes out to dry since I got a dryer.

I’ve always had a dryer since the late 60s, but I still like hanging certain things out to soak up sunshine.

There’s a six hour time difference between us!! Wow! I didn’t realize it was that large. I’m getting ready for bed and you just had lunch! 😂😂

Lol yup my sister is also in that 6 hour difference. We plan our conversations accordingly

Thank you Maggie! I sensed something was coming and got them off the line at the last minute before a big storm hit. We got almost an inch of rain.

I sure hope you get rain but not what we are getting here. 1:30 in the afternoon and it looks more like 8:30 at night.

Today was an exception. An unexpected storm had me scurrying to get my sheets off the line before they got soaked. Luckily, they were dry.

It’s been decades since I hung sheets!

I’ll continue to do it as long as I am able. I only line dry when the weather is fit. None of that “hang em out and watch em freeze still” stuff! lol

Love hanging laundry on the line to dry. Not many do that anymore.

I usually only line-dry my sheets and pjs. I love that fresh scent! Sometimes I do a few bath towels.

Good morning, Vero 🙂 Miss Emma and I got out to the park early for our walk this morning. It may be our only chance to go for the next several days, according to the weatherman.

Groans. I saw that…rain and storms every day. I’m glad you and Miss Emma had a pleasant morning. I haven’t been out yet. I don’t do formal walks, but I get out really early for a stroll around the garden to see if anything needs immediate attention. I got over 6 thousand steps in yesterday, and I had my watch off several hours to charge. I bet it would have gone over ten thousand. I mowed a lot with a push mower and that always gives me lots of steps.
