Okra has such pretty flowers. The impressive plants are waist-high and showing no signs of stopping any time soon.

I love how pretty okra plants are. I am growing a red variety (I’d have to look up the name, maybe Jing Orange?) that is stunning. It has red stalks and reddish tinted leaves. The okra fruit is red. I am going to grow this variety in my flower garden, since it is so pretty.

OOH I would love to see the red one!!! I would still plant that if I had seed for it. I will definitely table it for next year.

I just ordered seed for the red. I may not get fruit this late, but seeing the plants will be really fun. I bet they are gorgeous!!
