Good morning and Happy Saturday from the Kitchen!!
Rhubarb really did well this spring due to all the rain. I will be making this today.
i had not eaten rhubarb in any form until I was 13. My stepdad moved us to WA and while there he insisted my mother learn to make rhubarb pie. She made them for him a few times, but when we moved back to OK she never made them. Why I have no clue. Your Crisp sound good. Hugs
Rhubarb is not to everyone’s liking, but it makes a good dessert for a change of pace. The flavor is unique!
I agree about the unique flavor. I liked the pies and the sweet and sour.
It does make good pies. Especially when you cover them with a crunchy topping!
I would love a crunchy topping on one.

I’ve never actually baked with rhubarb before. I’ve been told that it can be tricky, but I am a sour and tart girl over too much sugar so I’m considering this recipe. Thanks, love! Hugs
I think you will like this. I guess you could adjust the sugar content to suit your taste,
My husband would love it. Can’t say I’m a huge rhubarb fan though…
