    It happens sometimes for some reason. We had one that had 2 pieces exactly the same, an extra one. Also one of the last ones we ordered (which took 2 and a half months to get to us!!!) had a piece missing from it. We’ve had that happen a time or two too. :0

      There were two of them, and they were just duplicates. I don’t remember that ever happening before.
