I almost missed posting today!

Mondays are so busy!

I have a good streak going (according to WP)…Eleven days or something like that in a row.

This is my latest puzzle. I thoroughly enjoyed working it ,and was delighted to be able to identify a lot of my favorite flowers in it. I think this is the first time I have ever seen day lilies in a puzzle.

It’s nice when we have some favorites. I tend to like beach scenes. White Mountain puzzles had a few that I love, in fact, time to redo one. Lately, I don’t like the new puzzles designs they’ve come out with and they are a really nice quality. Not sure if you’ve done them. Also, they used to sell them at Barnes & Noble, but now, they do not have any of the new puzzles. B&N must have changed what puzzles they carry.

I’m not a big fan of the beach. I enjoy being there and have gone a few times, but don’t stay long. I like my hills and valleys.
I need to look for some new sources for puzzles. I have bought about all that I liked from Bits and Pieces.
I wish I could go to some of the puzzle swaps that get mentioned on here. I may try to set up one of my own next summer.

There are so many great brands to try, ie White Mountain, EeBoo, Boardwalk, Cobble Hill, Eurographics… Do you have a Marshall’s or HomeGoods? They usually carry puzzles. I often go to the thrift store and find new brands.

I will have to shop around a bit. My closest Marshall’s is 60 miles away. I live out in the country and do most of my shopping online. I love thrift store bargain shopping.

Yes, I like thrift store shopping too. I order things through Amazon, since it is the easiest. If I see a brand I like, I get emails that they are having a special deal, then order that way. Amazon is better though, because I can order one puzzle discounted. Brands have an order minimum, so we spend more than we intended.

I loved this. All the colorful flowers filled the lower part of the photo, but a little snow was peeking through the window.

I noticed that contrast after the picture. It was accidental but I was pleased with it.
