I love to cook and bake and do quite a lot of it, especially in winter when heating up the house by having the oven on is a good thing!

Yesterday, my family pointed out that it has been a long time since I have made any “No-Bake” cookies, so today I will alter that situation.

These cookies are really scrumptious and pretty nutritional considering the ingredients.

    These look delicious! I make something like this keto style with oatmeal, peanut butter, coconut oil and a few other items. I make them less now that the husband can’t eat any but I make half the recipe. It is good!
