Happy Sunday to you, Vero. It is a little after 11:00 and it is 43 degrees and bright, beautiful sunshine. I am enjoying my first cup of coffee right now. Enjoy your day and stay warm and cozy.

Thank you Maggie. I pulled your trick and got lost in a puzzle today. It has snowed off and on all day, but there is nothing on the ground. Going down near 20 tonight. Brrrrrr!

I haven’t seen our weather report yet for tonight. Getting lost in puzzles can be fun and rewarding. I love watching snow fall but don’t like it to be on the ground more than a day or two. Stay warm and safe Vero.

Thanks! You stay comfy too. I broke down and ordered more puzzles. I blame it on the snow! It made me to it! 😅😅😅

Well, we take the easy way these days, we opened a can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew, and made a pan of Corn-Kits cornbread. haha We used to make all of it from scratch. 🙂

Oh that does sound easy! I wish I liked the canned stew. Hubby would gobble it, but I just don’t like the flavor.

I get it, so many things have that ‘tinned’ taste, and I won’t eat those. We used to make our own with boneless beef ribs, chunked, dredged in flour and fried a bit, then simmered in a large pot of water for a few hours, then add either tomato sauce or paste, some potatoes and carrots, maybe some celery, and a bit of frozen veg. So good! 🙂
