Thank you Maggie! So many cooks only know how to make them with what I call “the pie crust” method. I do like a crunchy biscuit once in a while, but I much prefer the big fluffy ones!
I don’t make them nearly as often as I once did either.
I’m sure I did that wrong, cause it looks sorta weird, but I wanted to share my Biscuit recipe without going to all the trouble of typing it again. I’m sure there is a better way.
