Monday…my favorite day!
I love new beginnings…re-starts… a second chance to get it right!
My Monday consists of: laundry, house cleaning from all the week-end activity, a big pot of pinto beans and a pan of scrumptious corn bread!
Preceded by lots and lots of coffee!
